With more than 25 years of collective experience in hospitality, Colleen Carter and Claudio Crupi partnered in this new adventure of happiness and joy through gelato. Both close to Italian culture, lifestyle and food – Claudio by birth and Colleen by choice – they were inspired by modern Italian gelaterie to create joyful memories between family, friends and gelato. Simple, fun… delicious!
